i feel your pain. Flee and tick collers around your ankles over the socks. Dust the carpet with fles and tick powder. Let sit over night. Vacuum in morning remove and seal up vac bag. Repeat until flea gone. I'll let you look up how long it takes for flees to hatch A new brood.

Some years ago we had a major problem with fleas after "babysitting" someone's dog. Nothing worked until I thought, "I wonder what veterinarians use." With all the animals they see in one day I bet they get more than their share of fleas. I went into their office and asked and came home with the best flea product ever. Mind you, it may not be all that good for humans to breathe, but I weighed that against how good the fleas were to humans. I no longer have that product and cannot remember the name, but if you were to go into a vet clinic I am sure they can tell you and likely sell you what they use.

Ugh! We recently went through this. The vet told us it takes 3 months for the life cycle of fleas to complet, so be diligent. First, if you have a pet you have to treat your yard. Over And Out is what was recommende, worked great! Available at hardware store or Walmart. Treat your pets internally, the treatments you put on the skin don’t work. Last, treat your house. We used bomb, every few weeks. We will continue to do these things for 3 months until we are sure we have them beat!

You sprinkle salt on all the floors let set for 24 hours vacuum. This stops the flea's from jumping and kills new hatched fleas. I do this twice just to be on the safe side. Make sure all furniture is vacuumed and covers blankets pillows washed. If you have pets make sure to treat them also. I use a flea collar Sentra on dogs. This works the best in the South. I went through the same problem. Our builder brought his dog to the house everyday and boy did we have flea's. Tried flea bombs no luck. I think fleas got worse. Good luck.
