I've YouTube'd but can't find video of what the consistency of the motor should be. Or how to put it on the bricks. My stuff keeps falling off. It's getting cold, high 60's low 70's and I need this done before winter as it is a freeze barrier. Plz help. And thank you in advance

  Sakrete mortor mix type s from Home Depot. If it's like brownie mix it just rolls off the bricks.

  Then it is too "wet" - try adding more mix in to make it thick and easy to spread - like buttering toast. Now you know why bricklaying is an "art" - is there someone that you can call to come help you?

mortar should always be the consistency of peanut butter or mashed potatoes.
