A window on one wall, and a solid wall opposite the window. Also a corner window on the wall between the two walls. The door way is near the left, were theres a closet.

I am assuming you want to be able to walk around the bed...? All kidding aside... here are some ideas to consider...
    1. put a "bi-fold" or sliding barn door on the closet to minimize the intrusion into the room
    2. Use wall mounted or hanging lamps on either side of the bed so the bed side tables can be as small as possible.
    3. Put the bed on the longest wall possible, even if it is in front of the window. you may not be able to "center" it on the wall and may have to place it close to one wall with just enough room on one side to scoot by (and be able to make the bed)
    4. Re-work your closet so you will not need a dresser taking up space in the bedroom itself or you may have to make a really skinny (floor to ceiling) storage or bookshelf type unit to leave space to move around.

We have a small bedroom too. But, we used the window as our headboard. We got rid of our bedroom furniture, and bought a platform bed that has 18" of space underneath (the 20 gallon totes can easily fit under there, with room to spare).

The only furniture in the room will be the bed, a nighstand on either side and a free standing mirror. Our clothes that will not be hung in the closet will go in labeled totes under the bed (and yes, they do make bed skirts that drop 18").

To fix the centering problem, we're putting drapes behind the nighstand ceiling to floor, almost to the window. The window has miniblinds, and we're hanging another rod over the window, with a sheer in the middle and darker curtains on either side. None of the curtains/drapes will need tiebacks.

We also have room to hang a piece of art over the window.

This gives us room to walk in the bedroom, and plenty of spacebto hang stuff on the other walls.

I agree. We have a very small bedroom and had a bed made with four large storage drawers. We have 2 small tables that are actually small plastic stands that we painted with stone look spray paint. We keep bulky winter clothing in containers in another room and switch out with the seasons.
