Make sure they are in pots that are large enough to allow for growth...as herbs tend to grow fairly quickly. Put them in a very sunny window, and make sure to water them frequently enough. Prune them back when they begin to grow larger and this will promote healthier, fuller growth. When you put them int their pots, be sure to use a good soil mix, and add pebbles or something in the bottom of each pot for better drainage. On warm, sunny days, consider taking them outside for fresh air occasionally.
You will need a window that brings in enough light to grow herbs.
