How do i clean a 'beaten solid copper bowl'

    Margeggie......are you wanting to clean the inside so you can cook with it? or are you wanting to polish the outside for decorative purposes?

    I assume you don't want to use copper cleaner? If not the answer is to pour salt on, cut a lemon in half and run the copper, then rinse.

    I have cleaned my copper pieces with ketchup. I lather it on . Rinse it off finish up with soap and water

    tamrind and salt soaked in water for a few minutes and rubbed all over the bowl, should do the trick!
