Can I get stains out of white or colored fabrics with White Vinegar?

Borax is the best bet to whiten clothes. Add it to your wash. If it helps but does not do a full job, do not dry clothes in the dryer. Just wash again with borax added to the laundry detergent. The dryer sets in stains.
