Yes, a 2 part epoxy but the prep on the tile is more important than the paint, using strong acids to etch the tile is dangerous work. You might check with your local plumbing supply store and ask about professionals that paint tubs and tile.
I am sure that there is a product out there that will do what you want. Good preparation before and sealing after will go along way toward longevity
