What is the best vaccum to use on laminite floor with area rugs

The cordless, rechargeable Dyson is the best vacuum we’ve found for multiple surfaces. It’s more cost-effective than the traditional Dyson vacuums and is definitely worth paying just a bit more. Works on carpet, wood, tile, laminate, area rugs, and is great for pet hair on thick wool area rugs.

I like my Dyson canister vacuum... but there are lots of other brands out there. if the vacuum has a power roller brush... it might get caught on the throw rugs if they are not very stiff and lay very flat.
