Pet smart has excellent store bought solutions. However, mixing regular hydrogen peroxide in water and spray on, let sit about an hour, blot dry, then vacuum helps. BE SURE TO SPOT CHECK FIRST. Or Vinegar, white, in water, same steps. On either I use 1 part of mix to 2 parts water. I keep this mixed up and spray as soon as found. If is is on fabric you can put in washer, wash in regular detergent, add vinegar to rinse, run thru second rinse and dry.

Vinegar, baking soda and dawn. Vinegar neutralizes the enzymes, baking soda kills the odor and dawn helps clean the stain. I've tried everything on the market including some expensive carpet cleaners and I go back to the vinegar solution. I have a 6 month old male puppy and sometimes he just can't hold it. So I soak up the liquid and then soak the stain and then put a clean towel or paper towel over the accident and let it sop up as much liquid as I can. After it dries I then take baking soda and sprinkle it over the stain and let it set for a while. I then vacuum up the baking soda. No smells and no stains! Also you can google homemade pet urine stain solutions.
