Lokking for a composite material for counter topfor outside?

I am looking for a composite material that comes in sheets for counters, I can't use natural stone, synthetic stone, or actual composite deck boards. (directions given to me) So what's left? thought about that HPDE thts used for bathroom partitions but lost here.

Laminate comes in sheets and can be glued down over top of the existing top. Box stores can order for you. Laminate now comes in quite a variety of styles. They mimic marble and even metals. Here's one how to: Re-Laminate Your Countertops - Extreme How To
You can cover anything with outdoor fabric and it is stain resistant and wipes right off. It should not fade either. Very easy. Staple over plywood and it will look great.
