I bought INK OUT at hardware store. You might try that.

Amodex advertises that it takes out ink. I haven't tried this product on ink, but it's a wonder on other stains such as blood and grease. I wouldn't be without it in my laundry room, but not sure about ink on a nylon carpet. Worth a try; they sell it at Lowes.

HOT Shot carpet cleaner you can pick it up at walmart or k-mart in the carpet cleaning area I have taken out ink pen many times with this as I have 2 puppies who love chewing them up if we leave one with in reach. takes a white cloth and hot shot ... it has yet to fail me on any stain but check and make sure your carpet is color fast first in an area it won't show I have used it on Berber and my carpet now is made of recycled plastic bottles both light colored and on gray pick up carpet
