Buy the pvc bracket to put on the wall where you want the pole to go and then you can use the sheets. Determine the length you need and make a pocket at the top to fit over the pvc, you can use Quick stitch which allows you not to have to sew because it is like a glue that you use. Put over the pole and attach. The nice thing is that you could change the fabric if you want.

What do you need the wall to do?

I would caution you not to use old sheets. If you are going to invest your time, labour and money in other materials for the project, then go the extra step and use fabric intended for the purpose.

Old sheets are not going to be on the grain any longer, will not hang properly, will be very hard to loop evenly over the poles, and most likely will be too thin to function as a privacy and visual divider to the room, especially when the lights are turned on.

Save the sheets for Halloween ghost costumes.
