We live in VA. out in the open country. The days are very humid, dew is heavy every night and will not dry . It will accumulate and turn green by midSummer.

Use EZ House Cleaner. Can be found at Lowes. It's a breeze to use and really works here on the Gulf Coast.

30 Second Cleaner also found at home improvements stores. I used this on my house and garage ...... sprayed it on an 30 seconds later I sprayed with a hose and it was clean. My garage had to give it more time (also my garage had barnicals on it so I used a broom to clean the stuff off). I was very pleased .... like day and night.
