I have tried several kinds of glue to hold on plastic,nothing works

Epoxy. Buy at big box stores. You mix two different substances together. Makes a very tight bond. Will not wash out of any fabric or anything , so be careful.

Contact cement. What kind of plastic? Saran Wrap? Polyurethane? Be more specific.
