What can i use to remove grease build up on my brown wooden kitchen cabinets?

make a mixture of white vinegar,water 50/50 and add blue dawn dish soap
Try Varsol. Wipe it on. Let it sit and the wipe it off. You can use a fine nylon scrubbing pad. If the build up is really bad you might need to repeat. Wipe it off really well and then wash with your favourite cleaner. Varsol stinks, it's messy and petroleum based but it works.
Don't use Soda. I did and it took the luster off my formica cabinets.
Trisodium phosphate aka TSP
Vinegar with a drop of dish soap works great to remove grease.
