Moles are destroying my yard! How can I get rid of them?

I have tried several natural remedies suggested on line, I have purchased poison that was supposed to run them off. Nothing has worked!

I was told if you make holes in your yard with a stick several different places
and pour in poison. be careful not to touch with bare hands they wont come around I havent yet tried but am considering.
Contact your local Agricultural Extension Office for what works in your area.
It is also good to remember that poisoned vermin become easy snacks for pets and can cause secondary poisoning.
