Lana we went from a 32 to a 60. problem it didn't fit our stand so I told my husband to get the old smoky glass top from our old pc desk which was in the attic and wholla it is perfect.

Since old entertainment centers came in a variety of styles and shapes, it would be a tremendous help if you posted a picture. I am sure ideas will flood in once people can see what you are working with.
