Hello. I put out bowls of apple cider vinegar and add a little dish soap and then just enough water so the soap bubbles a little. Leave the bowls out for about a week or until you no longer see them.
wI put a small dish of apple cider vinegar near where I see them. They usually fly into it and drown. If you have them really bad you may need some help getting rid of them.
Really you have to remove he source of the problem.
