DIY Craft Room Tables

What are some good places to get templates for Craft Room tables to create yourself/from scratch? I have some on my Pintrest (https://www.pinterest.com/lkbock09/diy-create-craftroom/) I specifically like this one https://www.pinterest.com/pin/3799980918965394/ from Pottery Barn, except would want one side to have cubbies on right side showing out.

If you want something on the cheap. Get two (2 drawer file cabinets) and a door from the restore or thrift shop. Paint or refinish the door, decorate the file cabinets and sit the door on top. You could put 4 (2drawer cabinets under the door to give you more storage.
The Pottery Barn table is almost 3' high. Why not get a couple of these Ikea shelving units and put a door across them?
