My dogs are ruining my door and framing

Any ideas on how to prevent my dogs from scratching up the glass and tearing up the framing around it? We have had to replace the sealer MANY times. It is making my kitchen so hot and killing my electricity bill. Thanks so much!

Training the dogs is the best thing. Every time the are scratching your door, squirt them with a water filled spray bottle, saying NO loudly. When you are not home, crate them. Every time you let them out, ring a bell you attached to the door handle. Show them the bell. They can learn to ring the bell when they want out.
I just realized that you don't say if this is from the outside or inside. My above suggestions are if they are doing damage from the inside. If they are outside and want to come in, I'd build a run or have an overhead wire that you can attach a run wire to. Then let them in when you want, not when they want.
Put in a sliding glass doggie door and fence in a portion so they can safely go out as they want
