Can I move the hole in ceiling over to right 6 " ?

The plate on the chandelier I bought is too big and interferes with the beam in ceiling. Can I move hole over about 6" to accommodate large plate? I live in a mobile home so the attic is out of the question.

You can move it, but it will require creating new structure in the ceiling to handle the weight of the light fixture...and a molly bolt will probably not be enough. If you are not sure what needs to be done, call an electrician or handy man
I don't know what you mean by plate. There should be a bracket that mounts to an electrical box in the ceiling that came with the chandelier. Then the chandelier mounts to the bracket.
You would not be moving the hole. You would be moving the electrical box that is in the hole and remounting it solidly so that it will support the weight of the fixture. Without access from above this would be a lot of work since you would need to mount a new box like they make for ceiling fans which means you would have plaster repairs. If the wires come from the direction you are moving the box you are good there but if you need to add more wire to reach the new box you cannot trap that connection inside the ceiling. It needs to be accessible. There might be a good legal safe cost-effective way to do this but if it was mine I would take the chandelier back and shop for one that will fit.
I don't live in a mobile home, but we moved our dining room light over about 10 inches, and put a ceiling fan in. We had an electrician do the job, and so should you. You don't want to have a fire, and electric is dangerous.
