Hi Teresa, You could staple on screen or chicken wire on the inside of your window frame. That would make it easy to accommodate earrings. You could put several hooks on the frame itself to hang bracelets and necklaces from.

Put cork board in the frame and cover it with felt. From there you could put burlap or another fabric on the felt if you wish to. Get the tacks that have the plastic heads on them and you can hang necklaces, earrings that will hook over the head or hang from the head, rings, some of the smaller bracelets, etc. will fit with no problem. Post earrings you may be able to push the back on far enough to push the post into the material, but you can also put tins on the material and hang them from the openings on the back. This is how I would do it. I saw one done in a large cork board like this and she used it for years up on her bedroom wall. You can do this, which ever way you choose to do it.
