Plans for feral kitty shelter
This is a lower cost idea. You can start with 2 large plastic, lidded storage boxes/totes (1 slightly smaller than the other). Cut a cat-sized hole in the same place in the side of each. Put the smaller box inside the larger and put the lid on it. Make sure you line up the openings. Fill the area between the 2 with straw or styrofoam type insulation (leaving the opening unblocked). Put straw over the lid of the smaller box. Put the lid on the larger one. This should keep the cat warm.
Same as a Dog kennel (Off the Ground) - Make sure you site it well..........

My cat prefer to be outside I had one of those covered cat toilets from when he was a kitten I cleaned It and put some blankets in placed it in a corner away from wind he loves it x
