Try washing soda NOT baking soda. Washing soda, if ingested, is poisonous.

    Dampen stain with lukewarm water

Rub in washing soda, making a moderately thick paste

Allow to sit for about 15 min.

Scrub with a nail brush or a medium to hard bristle toothbrush

    Stain should come out

I did this way back in the 1970s when I wore an expensive, brand new blouse to work and put my arm down on a black stamp pad. Process worked. Good luck.

I used alcohol to clean the ink out of my uniform pockets back when all nurses wore white uniforms. It cleaned it up every time, even red ink. Just check it on an inside seam to make sure it doesn't harm the fabric.

I used to get ink all over my shirts at work. I used rubbing alcohol. Saturate a cotton ball and blot (don't rub) the stain out. Then I soaked the area with detergent. Again do not rub, just let the product saturate the stain
