    I had and Orchid tree (beautiful) Also, Royal Poinciana has gorgeous Red Flowers

    Crape Myrtle. Beautiful and grows well. All of mine survived Harvey, not even a broken branch.

    I had a magnolia that was stunning both in bloom and when not. Stood up to hurricane 3 winds in Zone 9 Florida near Tampa.
