New sink and plumbing or replacement?
Call a plumber.
Shut off your water supply to the sink, it's on your pipe. Test to make sure it's off. Not sure if you removed the old sink/vanity yet or not. Just install, reattach your fixtures unless you have new ones, then connect them. secure the pedestal to the wall, the old holes should match. Caulk the backing and the bottom. Turn the water supply back on. (FYI, the pedestal sink I bought years ago had instructions, also a hardware aide can also confirm the how to) You don't need a plumber,a waste of money.
