Donate them into food bank drop off bins, either empty, or with small individual pkgs of coffee, tea, or cocoa inside.
It is often overlooked at those who are needy enough to be going to the food bank for their groceries, need common non-food kitchen items as well.
I like the idea of filling them with cookies or something sweet, wrap with saran and give them away.
Drop them off at Salvation Army store
Give them to charity and buy new ones!
I use them as planters for succulents
Break them and use the pieces to make mosaic.
Give to Animal shelters but ask first if they will take them. Animals such as dogs love the comfort of rugs compared to cement floors
