Can we use a deck sealer over painted cabinets to make more durable?

    Use polyurethane over the cabinets to make them more durable.

    Yes if you will be happy with the effect. Suggest you try somewhere not obvious first........

    no...unless the cabinets are painted with a FLAT PAINT there would be no way for the deck sealer to penetrate. leaving a sticky mess...sand down cabinets for a quick coat of a durable poly, would be best i think, IMHO

    You won't need to if you have used the right primer and paints to start with. Are you repainting? Or are you just wanting to help the ones you have along?

    No - that is intended for outdoor use only. Use a water based polycrylic for a sealer.
