I use a mixture of ammonia, water and a drop of dish soap. Depending on whether you use a bucket or a spray bottle to apply use about 1/4 the amount of ammonia to the amount of water you use. And don't be generous with the dish soap. Only use a drop. Wipe it on and dry with a towel. No need to rinse. Works well on washing kitchen walls too.
