Check your pressure tank, this is what gives you water pressure. The bladder in the tank either has a hole or has lost pressure. You can check yourself or get a plumber or well specialist
Most charcoal filters are low flow filters not meant to supply a whole house. Try removing the filter for a test to see if that is the issue. Is that fixes the issue, purchase the correct filter.
A flat bladder will will not cause all pressure to be lost. It would cause frequent pump cycling.
Could your filter be in backwards?
