Buy a mural and frame it or paint one or find a cool poster.
You can use a poster and then frame around it like a window. I seed Mode Podge to adhere a poster to my hot water access door.
There is a project on Home Talk where a faux window was created at the end of a hallway... that might work for this too... or check on Pintrest.. for other ideas
you could take a photo of what is beyond the wall there then have it made into a canvas you then glue to the wall.
You can use a mirror to give the reflected look too!
