There are companies out there that do it for you.... it is rather complicated and takes more than 2 people and you may need to have the footings under the jack stands replaced with larger ones and it will take some specialized equipment to do it safely and correctly... Check on Angie's List to find a reliable company in your area.

You may have to take the flooring out to the stringers. Then replace. My brother had to do this on a double wide mobile home. Now perfect...
My suggestion would be to call someone who does this as a business!! It's a lot of work crawling around & under to level one. It would need more than one person to do this. Call several to get estimates then go from there.
Use a high quality LEVEL inside, and first a hydraulic jack then solid support UNDER until the level shows you got it.
