Can I shape a huge rose bush into a hedge?
If so, can I do it spring?
Place a shovel around the plant to relocate it to a new spot or pot large enough. Cut out all dead limbs and cut back the remaining limbs and water everyday for a week and 3 times a week until you see new growth, then normal watering after that. If you have long roots coming from the bottom cut them back also. The plant will tell you if it is happy in its new location.
