Would like to cover metal bedframe

KenBobbieLisa S.

I have a metal bedframe in my guest room and totally hate bed skirts! My beautiful quilt doesn't reach the floor and the bedframe looks so ugly under it. Ideas please!!

Measure the height and get the collapsible cloth baskets from Dollar Tree. Line them up under the bed with cute labels such as Runaway socks safe haven, Monster under the bed snacks, etc. You will have a place for those house shones during the day and a chuckle too.

If you take a fitted sheet (in a color to your décor) , and place it on the box spring, you can stretch it down over the bedframe and cover the metal up. A very stretchy fitted sheet works best, even one of them made with T-shirt material. This also serves to protect the box spring from dust, soils etc.

Great place to put some pretty painted upcycled wood drawers (for extra storage)

Is it a steel frame and the paint on the frame is less than beautiful? What are you dealing with, perhaps a little more specific than "ugly"?
