I moved into a home that had these in all the bathrooms. We had hard water and the former owners did not take care of them. I used CLR to remove the hard water buildup., and a lot of elbow grease. (Make sure to vent well) After they were clean, I used car wax paste to bring out the shine, a couple of times a year. You put it on just like you would wax a car. Buff to polish. If you can’t use chemicals try Norwex clothes. I use them on my granite countertops and they shine like a new penny!

The answer I am seeing a lot is Magic Erasers. Without further detail that is the best answer I can provide. Can you post a picture of a one-piece bathroom. Don't think I have seen one of those. What is soiling the bathroom and has you stumped?

If it is indeed a combination tub/ shower unit, then the best way to clean, and to keep it clean is to have a second hand-held spray wand installed in addition to the regular shower nozzle. It is a one-time expense that will reduce your maintenance for years to come.

In my experience, these combination tub/shower units are very difficult to clean, not only because they require physical bending and reaching on surfaces that are curved and slippery, but because it is almost impossible to get the water on to where the soap is gunked up, with enough pressure that it rinses adequately.

Also, by using a hand-held wand, it is possible to use water of a hot enough temperature to disinfect without having it pour back and scald your hands.

I use a simple vinegar spray mixed with warm water and detergent- works for the whole bathroom :)
