Is it safre to add food coloring to change the color of succulents?

    Well it would take a lot of food coloring. Unlike the science project of changing a flower color your plants are alive. I doubt food coloring would hurt them but succulents need less water so I don't know how long it would take. Just be careful not to over water as you will loose your plants

    Hello! I have read that adding one teaspoon of liquid food coloring to one cup of water should initiate the process. It will not be immediate since the color has to work its way up through the roots first. If more color is desired, apply a second time.

    A "blue" orchid popped up at stores. There is no blue orchid. This was achieved by feeding a white orchid blue food dye.
