How do you remove the vine attachments from a painted wall?

The vine grew into the interior of the home while empty. Now, there are little round circles left when the vine is removed. They appear to be permanently attached to the wall.

A few solutions from least aggressive to most:
1. warm soapy water and a scrub brush;
2. warm soapy water and vinegar (50/50) and a scrub brush;
3. bleach, dish soap and water.
Spray area with warm water. Let dry. Sand lightly with 220 sandpaper by hand, with a small block no larger then your palm. .
They will eventually loose their grip as they dry up and will be easier to remove. but you may have to live with them..........
