Get some premixed Spackle in the hardware store. Smooth it on, sand, then repaint.

    White toothpaste or spackle.

Are you seeking someone to do the repairs? If you are doing it yourself it's a one-price deal. Probably have to buy yourself lunch though. Is there something you wanted to know?

Ideas on how to fix the areas for little money. My house is up for sale so I’m just looking to spruce it up a bit without much cost.

They have wall plaster that comes in a small tub. You just apply it to the wall with a putty knife. Let It dry, lightly sand if needed, then paint. Easy fix.

If it is just scratches and not thru-damage, a bucket of joint compound and about a 7" blade to spread it (if I had only one blade). Will take three coats or more of the compound. You can use sanding sponges instead of the larger sander made for drywall but the result may not be as good. Drywall finishing takes talent and practice but lacking the money to hire someone there doesn't seem to be another choice.

You pay for it one way or another, either cash or tools and work. Skimp on tools and it's more work and possibly lower quality. Depending on how much there is to do you may be better off hiring an experienced pro. I would guess this will be your first foray into drywall and few are good at it right away. Would you as a buyer rather see a quality job or one that looked like someone just slapped on some spackle and painted?

I’m not concerned really because I’ve listed it as is accordingly price wise because the buyer, I expect, will end up repainting anyhow.
