Another use for the glass ball on outdoor solar lights.

I have a bunch of the glass balls that come on top of the stake solar lights that you put outside. These are the glass balls that snap on over two wire prongs and sit on top of the light bulb. As wiring parts have died on these lights, I have collected and saved the glass balls. They seem to be able to have a second life in something. The glass is fairly thick, sometimes in a mosaic pattern, sometimes just one solid color of glass. I sure would welcome any ideas anyone has in repurposing these balls. Thanx.

Put small string of Christmas lights inside, hang them like you would do outside lights on the house. Makes a soft glow and is very pretty all year round if you choose to use them for outdoor events.

I would use them like small gazing balls in my flower beds and fairy garden.
