Google 'Beekeepers in my area" call them. they can take the hive, queen and bees to a new location.
A beekeeper will remove the bees and honey, but I don't know if they will repair the damage. You may need to find a knowledgeable handy man or a contractor. The beekeeper will normally take the bees and the honey combs for nothing since they are adding to their hives.
Call your local county agent extension office. They will have a list of beekeepers who should be able to help.
