We bought a tomato cage , turned it upside down, and wrapped it with lights for our front yard, but they could go on a deck. We also got a large lighted holly and another large lighted bells that are made for the out of doors. Hope this helps. We love our INDOOR lighted nativity scene in our big window!

We put up bells, deciduous tree lighted (on deck barely shows) trees from upside down tomato cage (front middle) indoor lighted nativity (window), and holly similar to lighted bells left side of photo

Remember that although many decorations are easy and quick to make, they are not always weatherproof. Anything that goes outside should be strong enough to not rip, tear, blow away in the wind, or disintegrate once it gets wet.

I had a friend that was getting rid of an artificial Christmas tree... so I took it and last year I set it up on my front porch and decorated it with silk Poinsettias, lights, glittery snowflakes... and set it by my lighted snowman....but you could do whatever you want... check Goodwill or a local thrift store to find one cheap
