Could you use a Sealant around the switch to stop the humidity getting to the wires?

Unless the humidity level is such that everything is sweating and you don't dare touch near a switch without fear of electrocution this should not be happening.

    Replace the switches.

I had same problem. You must remove plastic frame and thoroughly clean the plate of salty fingerprints. You might want to shut off all power to the switch first. Dry and reassemble and it will behave for a year.

Should have a fan running at all times so humidity doesn’t build up

A fan is not going to remove humidity, need a dehumidifier if you want that approach.

The most interesting problem I've read about in a long time. Good Luck with finding a solution.
