Amazon
Any pool supply store if you live in the south, or order them on Amazon.
Check out dollar stores?
You can make them and freeze them! Three eggs in a bowl, a Tbs baking powder, cup of milk. Add flour and mix well until it forms a ball. Roll out flat and cut long noodles. Cover with flour and let dry. Now bag and freeze or cook with beef or chicken and broth, onion. Cheap and nutritious , but the best part is filling if you use good grain or whole wheat!
If your looking for the pool noodles call a pool store they should have them, or a craft store.
