Your best bet would be to go to a garden center and ask. Or go to Good Housekeeping website - they have garden plans that will lay out colors and plants for you.

A lot of garden sites that sell perennials have a filter that you can select color of flower and bloom time, sun or shade etc. You need to provide your location or zone before someone could really give you a proper list that would be perennial in your area.
