Are you cleaning the entire rug or sections? What type of rug is it - Berber, shag, etc. What type of material - wool, rayon etc.? You will get answers sent to your email. Attach pictures whenever you can and as much detail as possible about your problem.
Fanny you need to be patient.....this isn't an instant hot line. you can choose to call your county extension office or the rugs manufacture might have advice on cleaning.
