Buttons, pins, paper clips, tooth picks. I use them to take aspirin in my pocketbook...just be sure to label what is in the bottle. I take my vitamins with me that way too!

I know this isn't diy but you could donate them to your local animal shelter. They sometimes send home meds with adopted pets

Nuts and bolts on workbench. Storing craft parts. Extra earring backs. Large ones for saving quarters. Store paperclips on desk. Rinsing artist paint brushes. Keep one in Epsom salts to be able to scoop it out (similiar for other powders).

Donate them to local free medical clinics to dispense meds, local animal shelter, or medical missionaries. Around the house they are great for crafters to keep small items, use in small drawer for office items or bathroom items or purse. Be sure to remove any prescription info from former use. It is great you seek to re-purpose them!
