How to rise a toilet seat?

I wish my toilet seat will be higher. Any ideas?

Go to a pharmacy that sells such items. They are made of flexible plastic and easy to clean! Also, new toilets are higher!

Booster seats are a bad idea from a cleanliness standpoint. New toilet. For less than $100 and a half-hour or so install time you can get a new ADA height toilet with the latest golf-ball flushing water-saving technology. I did this recently for both bathrooms and it is one of the better things I have done in a while. Requires a few tools every homeowner should already have and an ability to read and follow directions. Then go stock up on golf balls.

I agree with Nancy, there are many to choose from and they are not permanent so they can be removed for smaller ones. If your toilet is old, go for a higher toilet, but have a step stool for the little ones as it may be a challenge for them to make it up on the seat.

Yes. You can buy a toilet extender that you can bolt onto the toilet under the seat. It raises it about 6 inches. You still have your original seat. Go to Amazon medical supplies. They have them. You can also buy the extender that fits on top of the toilet. It can easily be removed.

They sell a product that goes sunder your current toilet seat. Check websites / catalogs / stores that sell items for disabled/ elderly. If you go to replace - get a "comfort height" toilet.

Extenders on TOP of toilet are a "Chore" to clean. I prefer the floor level extender for that reason alone. I am not that excited about cleaning toilets. Lol
