Purchase grow lights. Sold at nurseries, hardware and home improvement stores and on line in almost any style you need.
If in a room with no light ,you can use LED grow lights. They would provide light for the plants and LED would use low amount of Electricity. put on a timer so you don't have to mess with turning on and off.
On your south windows put up sheers so the plants don't get burned by the sun. In the bathroom, a grow light and maybe change one of your plants around....one week in the bathroom and next week in the window.
