It most likely need re-potting
Usually they droop when they're thirsty! If the leaves are also yellow, then you could be overwatering.
Is it root bound? It prefers bright indirect light, maybe it’s too dark?
It may be root bound. Try unpotting it to see if the roots need either a little pruning, or a larger pot, or both.
If the leaves are yellowing, you're giving too much water. Do not put in direct sun. I've had one for over 20 years that's about 4' tall but I hardly ever water and it gets indirect sunlight.
