Try a bleach pen but open a lot of window.
My go-to grout cleaner is baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide to form a paste. I apply it, let it sit a few minutes, then use an old electric toothbrush (battery operated) to get into the grooves. I just wipe clean with a damp rag.
Buy a satin finish paint and use an eyeshadow brush for the grooves. It is tedious but well worth the effort. Seal it after with grout sealer. My grout is 26 yrs old and looks better than when new.
Toothpaste, white toothpaste.
